Protects against: Tetanus
Primary series: 2 doses 4-6 weeks apart, third dose 6-12 months after the second. Immunity lasts 5-10 years. Booster: 1 dose no earlier than 10 years after the last.
Unvaccinated or incompletely vaccinated pregnant women at risk of unhygienic delivery should be vaccinated in the 2nd trimester.
