Standard schedule: 3 doses on days 0, 7 and 21/28; weekly schedule (not for immunocompromised): 2 doses on days 0 and 7. Boosters every 5 years.
Because of the severity of the disease, vaccination in pregnancy with high exposure risk should follow the recommended schedule. Can be used during breastfeeding.
